We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and workspace operators.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before booking: 100% refund
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 6-12 hours before: 25% refund
• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before: No refund

How to Cancel

To cancel a reservation, log into your account and navigate to your bookings. Click the "Cancel" button next to the reservation you wish to cancel. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your reservation without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued and you may be subject to additional penalties.
